In our Park, all Guests may enjoy the magic, emotions and atmosphere that the various themes are capable of evoking. However the entry to each attraction has some restraints, due to the kind of structure or to the safety measures, laid down by the constructor. Only for attractions with height limits for smaller children. Apply to our personnel at the attraction entrance. Parents may take the ride separately, without the parent who waits with the child loosing his or her turn in line.

| Pets are welcome. However, dogs must be kept on a leash. Large dogs must also wear a muzzle. Animals may not have access to the rides or attractions or enter restaurants and shows. |

| The guarded baggage deposit service for personal objects is available at the West area Information Office. The baggages should not contain food and drinks. The cost of the service is 5,00. |

| A medical first aid service is available in Souk square, inside the Park, and is open throughout the operating hours of the Park. |

| Situated in the "Fantasy Kingdom" area, the Nursery makes everything mothers and children need available to them. In fact, it is made up of a "pappa space", with high chairs, baby food heaters and an automatic distributor of products (homogenised products, fruit nectars, desserts and biscuits) - everything to feed your child a "diaper change area" with wrappers and automatic diaper distributors, where babies can be cleaned and changed; lastily, there is a "play area", to allow other children to have a good time while mamma takes care of the toddler. |

| Disabled persons may receive a special Park Guide at the entrance gate, which has been prepared to inform them about park facilities designed to satisfy their needs. |
