Admission is free for not self-dependent people with a disability, plus discount on the ticket for the helper. In case of lower disability percentage, the discount rate is applied and the helper pays the standard rate.

How do I book a group visit?
You can book a group visit by sending a fax to 045 6401267 at least 3 days before the visit (at least 7 days before in case of a guided tour). You can use the specif booking form; school and parish groups must attach a letterhead indicating the institution they belong to. Within a few days after sending the form, you will receive a written confirmation by fax from the booking office. This confirmation must be delivered by the group leader to the ticket office on the day of the visit in order to collect the tickets. Group visit payment must be done directly at the ticket office in cash, by ATM card or credit card, or before the visit by crediting the postal account number 15782378. Travel agencies can also pay in advance by bank transfer.

At the end of Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium tour, you will find a fast food restaurant. Outside the Aquarium there is a green area with playground equipped for picnics.

At the end of the tour you will find the "Covo del Capitano" fast food restaurant that offers complete meals and snacks.
Groups can choose between two take-away meals:
- Sea Horse Menu, that includes: Hamburger + French fries + Coca-Cola (or water)
- Shark Menu, that includes: Chicken Burger + French fries + Coca-Cola (or water)
- Turtle Menu, that includes: Caribbean Salad + Roll + Mineral Water (0,5 lt.)
- Starfish Menu, that includes: Mariner's Toasted Sandwich + Cake + Mineral Water (0,5 lt.).

Where can I park?
The parking area is the same as Gardaland is (if Gardaland is open).
When Gardaland is closed, you reach the parking area by the bus entrance.
Parking area opens some minutes prior to the opening of Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium.

Can I visit the Park with children in a stroller?
On peak days strollers are allowed only for children with a disability. There is a lift that will easily take visitors from the ground floor to the first one.

Are animals admitted?
No, it is forbidden to bring animals into the Aquarium.
