After a few days a written confirmation will be issued and sent to you; it will have to be handed over on arrival to the cash desk dedicated to groups with reservation. | Important: those groups arriving by train or other means of transport other than a coach must have booked their visit by fax or telephone to be granted the Group Conditions. The parking lot and cashes open half an hour before the Park. Any receipt or invoice must be requested at the Group Desk upon arrival or on the reservation form. |

| GROUP ACCREDITATION ON THE VISIT DAY: Upon arrival of your coach at the parking lot of the Park the driver/group leader will be given an accreditation form to be filled in and handed over to the group cash desk. Payment will be made directly at the cash desk, cash or by bank draft. Those groups which have no reservation shall not be granted the same price conditions herewith indicated. |

| Free insurance coverage for teachers Gardaland offers an insurance coverage to all its visitors valid within given areas of the Park. Teachers and escorts can request a further policy covering any responsibilities deriving from minor care. For more information please contact the Gardaland Reservation Office. |

To confirm the package and once received the payment, you will receive the whole documentation with the voucher you will hand over to the hotel of your choice, the voucher to be presented to the cash desk for groups with reservation and a detailed list of the services you reserved. |
