Our customer service team will be busy finding optimal accommodation for you and your guests at the Gardaland Hotel Resort or in some of the many fully equipped hotels around the outskirts of the Park and Garda Lake.

Moreover our team will also be in charge of car hire, the transfer to and from the airport to the hotels and Park, alternative conference venues and the organisation of gala dinners within the Park grounds or in selected locations as well as organising excursions for all the participants.
