Tickets can be booked via telephone at the following number: +39 045 6449777. Payment can be made in advance by bank transfer or directly on arrival at the Park’s cash desks.
Each reservation will be assigned a confirmation number to be communicated to the cash desk dedicated to groups with reservation (Cassa Gruppi Prenotati).
The booking office is open every day from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday and, from April to September, also on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.).
VIA POSTAL MAIL or FAX:
By sending the duly and completely filled in booking form at least 3 working days before the visit. After a few days a written confirmation will be issued; it will have to be handed over on arrival to the cash desk dedicated to groups with reservation. Payment can be made by bank transfer, or postal transfer in favour of postal account no. 15782378 in the name of Gardaland S.r.l., through bank transfer on the account no. 780328 CIN 0 ABI 03226 CAB 59660, at Unicredit Banca d'Impresa, branch of Peschiera del Garda, agency no. 06637, or by cash, bank drafts or credit cards (American Express, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) directly at the Park’s cash desk.
ON VISIT DAY:
Upon arrival of your coach at the parking lot of the Park the driver/group organiser will be given an accreditation form to be filled in and handed over to the group cash desk.
Payment will be made directly at the cash desk by cash, bank drafts, or credit cards (American Express, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard).
